Guaranteed Price - Secure your order at the current price. Due to ever-rising production costs, base prices will increase across all ranges starting in mid-December.

Priority Shipping - Your order will be placed into the dispatch queue based on purchase date. Orders are shipped strictly in the order they were received.

Christmas Delivery - Shipments will commence during the first week of December 2025. We aim to have all pre-orders dispatched by December 17th—in plenty of time for Christmas. UPDATE 04/12/25 - Shipping has now started- you will be contacted with updates as your order is prepared for dispatch - if you have received any previous pre-order/ Processing messages your order has been accepted & is moving through the system - some of our goods are manufactured and finished specifically to order.

Premium Courier - All orders over £33 will be sent using reliable, premium tracked services such as DPD or Royal Mail/Parcelforce 24 (for large racks only).

Shipping & Communication

• Communication: We will keep you updated every step of the way. You will receive two key emails:

  1. A notification when your order is ready for packing.

  2. A final dispatch notice with your tracking number once the courier is booked or collected your parcel.

• Email Tracking: All updates and tracking information are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

• Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see our updates, and ensure your email information is correct. (Standard delivery notifications may also be sent via parcel2go.com.)

Customer Cancellations Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel an existing pre-order, please notify us as soon as possible.

This is important because some of our goods are manufactured and finished specifically to order.

We will cancel your order as requested. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed and issued  within 14 days of acceptance.
